Centre for Black Excellence and Belonging – Design Kick-Off Meeting

Join Facilities Management and Planning, Black at UTM, the Centre for Student Engagement and the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office in the ‘Design Kick-Off Meeting’ with architects who will design the new Centre for Black Excellence and Belonging at UTM! This in-person event will be scheduled for UTM’s Black communities, allies, and supporters to attend an introductory mixer with the chosen architectural consultant team. A short presentation of the firm’s relevant works and design approach for this project will be showcased, along with opportunities to connect and discuss issues related to Black spaces and belonging at UTM. Food and refreshments will be provided. Space is limited. This is an invitation-only event.
