Empower is a free mentorship program that connects current, aspiring, and former Student Affairs Professionals across Canada. This program is designed for folks who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or Racialized to connect for 8 months (September- May) through 1-on-1 matching, group matching, and professional development.
Participants can expect to network with SA-Pros from institutions nationwide, have access to free PD specifically tailored to program participants, and choose between 1:1 mentorship, group matching, or both.
