The Rotman School of Management offers a wealth of professional development opportunities for young professionals through to experienced executives.

A collaborative program between the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and Peel District School Board aiming to make post-secondary education more accessible to students who come from underrepresented communities at UTM. Students that may have been marginalized due to socio-economic status, race or ethnicity, family history, or other factors but have the potential to excel.
Primary Audience: Black African, Caribbean, Afro Caribbean, Latinx Black, and/or Black students; high school to post-secondary groups
